Who do you need to take out to override Okran's Shield
I've been playing a playthrough where i ally the the sheks and i have defeated Valtena's Wrath of God event, killing him in the process and i eventually did an attack on Blister Hill killing Phoenix (Seta's also dead ) and getting all the overrides with the flotsams and the sheks ,who im both allied with, but Okran's Shield is still under control of the holy nation when Valtena's dead and when i go where hes supposed to be theirs just a few inquisitors and that's it. I do have Reactive World and Living World but i don't think that's it (i have tried changing load order) and when i go to the state checker they say Valtena's dead, i have also tried importing and that doesn't work, So am i missing something crucial here or is this a bug?

Try disabling all the mods.

Yeah it worked, it seemed it must of been a conflict between reactive and living. To keep the mods i had, i saved the game using reactive (with living disabled) then turned it on and now the shek override works. Thanks

you mean you use reactive and living at the same time? bruh
the living world dev does say that they foremostly work. but he never stated in what order.

They really don't work well together. I fairly frequently get reports of issues like this where certain overrides don't trigger correctly.

And while the conflicts generally get fixed pretty quickly by living world's author, it doesn't change the fact that these conflicts are common, and there will inevitably be more.
