Where to buy weapons?

I been to all the desert cities and no one is selling weapons...

Same problem here. Started a new game and can not find any weapon shop ANYWHERE. Is this a bug?

I have only been in one so far. There i have raise my thif - stealth above lv 50 and my combat to lv 15,99 and strength to lv 25 and athletics to lv 50 whit 4 player and now i am able to steal everyplace and i also pick lot from clan figth and so so far i got some nice weapon and armour at this stages.
I also happend to buy some building to in the start town and that i gonne do in each town.

Well that is one way to play but i may think we are able to buy them on other area lather on in the game.

I also think they do not wanne make you overpowered so why not raise your thif and stealth skill to at least lv 50 and give it a try on al those chest around the game ,-)
Keep in mind when you doing thif then go very light to keep your stealth above lv 50 ,-)

That is not a bug but they try to make the game more funn this way or do i wanne say harder and we need to be smart and work for it ,-)

I am not sure what you are trying to say.... There are no weapon shops, and i have been out of the desert to the holy nation and mongrel. No weapon shops anywhere in this map, where they have always been in other versions. Even though yes you can loot weapons, there should be weaponshops around like they were in previous versions. It can't be that almost no-one has this problem? I have played many versions and this is the first time they are gone and i can not find anything in the patch notes they have been removed.

Well you did not say you have been alot of other places as i remember. I talk about the start area like the dessert.
And it should be weaponshop lather on in the game but if not then doing thif and raise your stats to max and now you probably got some of the best weapon and armour in the game ,-)

in the desert area's there does indeed seem to be a lack of weapons shops, but there does seam to be armour shops.
seems to be the same for most UC cities.

If you cant find any then most likely the cities arent supposed to have any. I recommend you take out whatever bandits you can around the area and slowly attack better armed groups to get better weapons. Another strategy is to search in ruins for the odd weapon you can find there. If you dont mind some exercise then you can make a run to worlds end or some HN cities for weapons. Finally if all this is too much effort then enjoy the fun of having an entire martial arts squad

I'm tired of hearing about this raising your theft skill BS. You are suppose to be able to play this game the way you want and that includes being able to buy weapons...

You only talk about the desert..about 1/4 of the whole map....

33.3333% of the current map actually as a big chunk is still missing; Anyways..... One city in the desert should have weapons for sale... You can't tell me this is going to be a finished feature where 25% of the finished map will be without a weapons shop.

It might be as the other UC cities usually lack in weapons shops that they are keeping true with the theme. If you can travel east its got what you want just bring money weapons are not cheap.
