How do I "revive" dead NPCs???

So my bartender at Hub was dead for 5 days now lol.

I have mod NPC town guard mission, Hub got overrun by mobs and most just got slaughtered. Only security guards re-spawned but not others, especially bartender, I also lost the security guy that gave me jobs/mission too. Does anyone have any idea how to fix this? Thanks

Oh sorry, never mind, I know what it means, it's been a while I forgot what it was. He appears again, everything looks better actually, now I start seeing more mods actually working. Sadly though, my carried bounty disappeared, I tried to hold on her for best moment to turn in and recruit at same time. Oh well, I'll try different ways.

My security force guy appeared again too, but I see none at Stack, I wonder if it's because of mod or he can only appear at 1 town at a time...

in the main menu there is a import option
this is used to help reset the world and many other things.
and was used for major content updates so you wouldn't have to start over.

sorry for necroing this thread but is there a way i can revive a certain character like big grim
