Ai coding

Anyone believe its possible to code an algorithm that would generate every single possible line of code in every single different way that works, and randomize it to a certain amount of lines? Im not saying i know everything here, but i feel like we are being suppressed in every way possible. I know it would take the "art" out of coding, but we would literally be able to basically hand pick a randomly generated game. and under this assumption, why cant we just build an auto optimizer as well. An algorithm that optimizes the game automatically, to fit every ones specific computer spec. I know it would take a god rig to even run a program like that, and if the public had access to such powerful computers, who knows if people would use them for dishonest purposes. Maybe a big company could use it and it would be safe, buuut it would basically put your average coder completely out of business, as they just couldnt compete against a company that has all the answers to everything. Hopefully greed, doesnt rule the world with this.
I know im talking about some serious stuff here, and am aware it could be used for evil, but i dont believe that should take away from the good it could do society if this program was built... or de-classified even? I actually do believe this program has already been thought of and built btw. Being kept at a static computing level cant last forever, surely.. right?
Im bringing this up because i saw the devs post about Kenshii 2, and how they said it would take a million years to build a new engine. BUT i say this developer!!! What if you could plug your existing engine code into a program like the one im talking about, and build it from there, or you even just spend some time hand picking generated code that matches your own in a different way.

Welllll, then id say its time to start talking and protesting to make this a bigger deal. Because i am tired of suppression and i believe its possible to do so much more with our time here. Dont fear a government that knows everything our language is capable of thinking. Imo they should be embarrassed to hold us back like this...

it would require the Dev to open up the base coding of the game
which he is unwilling to do, as are most game developers.
