Flared Helmet Blueprint?

Is the Flared Helmet Blueprint ingame?

I never saw it in my playtime once and now I'm searching for it.

sry I'm not 100% for english you mean helmet light thing? (I firstly commented 7dtd tips) nvm if I read it wrong.

no worries, no I don't mean a light thing. flared helmet is something like a hat, samurai armor for your head like.
