Do limb maximum hit points ever increase ?
For example regular human starts with 100 in all hit points for each limb.
Aside from robotics, is it possible to increase the maximum hit points for limbs ? Is there some progression for this ?

maybe a mod that does this ? I am sure ive seen pictures where limbs were of varying values and those were not artificial limbs.

Limbs still can bleed. I've seen reavers with over -300 damages to their limbs still attached to their bodies after being hit with harpoon turrets. Took long time for them to heal before getting up to retreat.

Different races have different limb hp values, Hivers for example only have 75 where as Shek have 125.

I am aware of existing constant values for limbs of various races and robotic parts, my question is whether its possible to develop increased hp pool of limbs over time (toughness of course is a critical stat to boost overall HP).

Was just wondering, because I am sure I've seen some screenshots of people who have limb values like 112, 120, 108, 118.

For example, the guy states that limb HP increases over time:

true ? or is it a mod ?

Must be a mod since that just does not happen in my game.

Anyone know which mod does this ?
I'm interested in making my own mod that allows slow/expensive soft-capped infinite growth in terms of max HP pools. Slow for fleshy bits, expensive for skeleton bits.

Far as I know there is no such mod. Not even possible to mod that kind of effect in. Nor has it ever been a thing in vanilla.
Toughness and armor increase your effective hit points for each body part but do not change the visual appearance of its health pool.

im pretty sure this is possible in vanilla. I do not mean to necro but there is misinformation here. The Limb health increase has something to do with extremly high martial arts and toughness. It is the effect of martial artist getting used to striking metal.

Nope. Higher toughness and MA reduces the damage you take from striking metal as an organic but does nothing about limb HP otherwise.

You're going to have to include a screenshot of a character with limb health increased past the initial values defined by race, as you are making a claim that is in direct contradiction of what everyone else has observed, including the people modding the game.
