SHOP OWNERSHIP & How it works?
I'm currently trying to run a shop in the hub, from which it seems to be a more poor area, But I just can't find anything to get me a steady payout, I tryed a black smith shop i even hooked up weapon racks on the sides and a black smith shop inside with a counter it was sweet, But I just can't get any sales, food barley sells and most time npcs can't afford it, I'm lost on what to do.

I used Enhanced Shopping Economy as well. I have previously used "NPCs Enjoy More Shopping" (IIRC)

Both will occasionally have that "running around" behavior. It calms down a bit, here and there, depending on load.

NPCs can't "starve" to death, so don't worry about them when you see how hungry they are.

I've also run a shop in The Hub. With Enhanced Shopping, I'll get all sorts of customers. I sell Food, Bandages, and various bits of Armor and Weapons.

It's not a big "Money Maker" but you can occasionally get "Big Spenders" like an Assassin or a Nomad Group caravan coming into town. They will be the ones buying the expensive items. Town denizens will sometimes buy food (Dried Meat) and the occasional cheap item.

AFAIK - NPCs have inventories that fill up when buying things and, AFAIK, there's no normal in-game mechanic for them to free up inventory slots when they get filled. The exceptions are things that are "exendable" like food and bandages. These will degrade as normal. Some mods have tried to use containers for NPCs to dump their purchases in, but I don't know that any of those actually work. Enhanced Shopping "works" after a fashion but local NPCs will eventually stop buying anything that isn't a consumable. To solve - Import. That will regenerate them and they'll be able to buy things like Armor/Weapons and the like.

But, in my experience, it's the traveling groups like Nomads that will have the biggest impact. They're spawned, travel to the town, buy your stuff, then travel on, and generally have plenty of money.

PS - Put Enhanced Shopping close to the end of your load order list if you're running other mods that might touch on NPCs. Also, a Shift F11, reload, or leaving and re-entering the region (so the shop/town unloads/reloads) can stop that "running around" behavior. It also seems to stop when the NPC rests/sleeps. If it's an NPC like a Squatter that never "sleeps" they might continue running around during "shopping" until a reload/Import.

weapons and armours do not sell.
most NPCs have buy list and will only buy things that are on it, and in many cases, they do not have enough money on them to buy the trade goods they are tasked with being able to buy.

you can only sell items that are trade goods as well.

there are mods that fix the economy, fixes the amount of money on people and even makes it so weapons and armours will sell, but that will break your economy.

Let down, I wanted to create a master blacksmith type thing and have all the npcs maxed out with my master level armor and stuff that im selling at shops
sadly the economy doesnt work that way.
and there really is no way to mod that part to make them wear what they buy.
it's purely selling only.

if they have no weapons they will auto equip one.
but you can't make them upgrade to different or better ones if their weapons slots are already full.
