Build the tower from the game's cover?
Every time I see it, I really want to build it. I just don't know if it's possible or how to even go about doing it. Anyone know if it's even in the game?

No, it does not exist in-game, nor in the files. That was a screenshot mixed with a handmade image by an artist.

So to get it, a modder would have to create one themself.
