Hobbs?
Does hobbs no longer spawn at the Hub right off the bat anymore lol?

Search other towns/city. Sometimes, NPCs appear as same character and same name. Eg., I have 3 "Sun" in my team.

if i just keep starting a new game will he eventually be at the hub lol?

Unlikely, as the seed used for randomizing characters does not reset between games. So it would give you the same characters every time.

Edit: The only place he has a guaranteed spawn at is the Fishing Village up north. He will always spawn there on first visit, unless he randomly spawned elsewhere first.

No, not really. And it would take lots of tries to do so. He's not got particularly high chances of spawning there.

I use the "hobbs is a woman" mod and she always spawns in the hub if that helps any.

Whenever I've found him, since I generally use The Hub as my start, it's either in The Hub or in the Waystation SW of Squin, IIRC. (At least, those are the two places I check first, before considering any others.)

If you start as a slave in Rebirth, Hobbs is always in the Fishing Village north of World's End, at least that has been my experience

Note that if you're using the Adventurer's Guild mod, Hobbs can also spawn at their little outpost east of Hub. Just an FYI for anyone looking for him who happens to use that mod, since I found him there on one occasion.
