How To Overthrow the Cities?

In my playthough im trying to overtake the world with Shiek race, i've seen towns change who they belong to but i dont understanda full process of overthowing. (For example remove holy nation conrol over one city and make shiek kingom control it)

Probably something to do with killing the ruling nobles. I have a couple i'd like to overthrow when i build up my army lol

I think most takeovers are scripted.

You cannot decide which factions takeover, they are indeed set.
Takeovers (overrides) involve killing certain npcs, sometimes which are located in a different city.
The best bet for something specific like that would be to request or make a mod for shek world takeover etc.

So can you not conquer foreign cities for your own faction?

No you cant, but you can say, go to The Hub and buy all the buyable buildings and make that your home base. It has a lot of buildings you can buy and repair.

except you cant build NEW buildings to make a economy in the hub thats the only downside to it... unless you use shift F12 but thats not naturally occuring so kinda breaks the immersion... but thats just me... REALLY wish we could conquer cities hopefully they add that to the second game...

I'd like to see both a horse resource nods which would enable another unit...calvary..also hope kenshi 2 allows unlimited manpower...having just 256 max kinda sucks...I would LOVE to create multiple city's of my own

I am having great difficulty overthrowing the last stand, I knock them down for days, but they just keep getting up (it is my last shek town/fort to over throw)(stone golin in united jail, as is pheonix seta and valtena ) the five invincables were at every fight, but strangely they are absent somewhere and I have not found where yet

only uc can override most cities. hn or shek are limited and mostly it ends up in ruins or minor faction control. if you want to conquer the world, do it for uc.

I believe a mod exists that allows you to take over towns, but it’s only for your faction if I’m remembering correctly. I just don’t think it’s 100% finished yet. You could always RP it belongs to the Shek and keep your own Shek guards there.
