So I've been scouring through the official lawbooks governing 'sandbox' RTS survival resource games, and so far, I've found no reason why a 'sandbox' RTS survival resource management game can't have romances.
I'm not saying you're making this up, but... could you provide a citation, showing where it states that there shall be no romances in S-RTS-SRGs?
I know how a lot of people use games to live out their pervert fantasies and that's usually why romances are desired.
I could be wrong in this situation though.
