fast way to demolish buildings / remove towns?

So I built a rather messy first town, as the game went on I have dozens of houses, torches, buildings, junk. beds..wells.. but now I want to delete and move on but do I legit have to select every building, hit demolish, yes, then repeat for the dozens of buildings, 100s of sections of wall.. is there no shortcut-key to delete? or a button to demolish towns? :(

You could open the editor and select a building and then hit your Delete key to instantly remove the object from existence without any prompts or warnings. Most objects can be deleted this way, including resource deposits, outpost markers, even certain giant world objects.

Be careful you don't delete something important while doing this, of course. You also won't get any dismantled resources back, the object will just vanish into thin air like it never existed. You'll probably need to save and reload afterwards to fix the geometry, too.

You could just import without buildings and keep everything else :D
That's the fastest way atleast lol.

hi question im trying to delete a spawned cannibal camp (they are all dead) but if i enter the editor(shift-F12) i cant pick up the sleeping bags i can only select them to more or rotate (if selected the delete key is not working) can you please tel me how to do it

hmmm in the fcs (shift+f12) town placement button ,your outposts get listed afaik,you could try deleting it from there .But back up the save before doing anything .I know it removes the outpost icon from the map but am unsure if it deletes the buildings ,when I did it it was from the outpost still being on the map with no buildings there at all.

back up the save before doing anything though cause I could and often am wrong
