Wont find recruits in bars anymore

So I was in about 6 different cities now. There is not a single recruit to hire. Is there a way to fix this?

Well they don't respawn if that's what you mean, if you recruited them, that is.

Get a mod on workshop.

Adventurers guild, traveling recruits mods help a ton. Drifters will travel around in large groups you can recruit from. Adventurers guild will literally bring the recruits to your base.

Even in towns I never was before. There wouldn't be any recruits. But I reimported without dead npcs, and now there are recruits as before.

Do you have 30 recruits? that is the vanilla max, but there are mods to increase recruitment limit.

Nope had 6.

I've you've not maxed your numbers you can also free slaves with a small chance of them joining you. HN and slavers won't be happy though.
