Horse riding in the FCS?
Is it possible to make a man ride on a leviathan as an elephant?
Or Technically, attach a person in a sitting posture as if on a stool or similarly as you put in a prison cell
To sit there just for fun (as if manages) and Levy will punish everyone himself)

Not in the FCS, I don't think, but this "might be added" to a certain extent if the devs have the time and still are interested in any sort of mounts/mounted combat. In the concept art there are these big beasts that carry cages and thus prisoners/slaves, a fitting creature in the world of kenshia. Similarly pack beasts/garrus are clearly meant to be ridden alongside their role as beasts of burden, they got lil saddles for our butts after all.

But I hope i'm wrong, in-so-far about what modders can do, since I want a gorillo with arm-mounted gatling harpoons.

riding is a luxury feature and "might" be added after full release.

but the option to mod it in, is just not there.

I just want to ride a goat that's elder, or do the same with my bonedog, as both are big enough for my main character to be sitting on them and not have her feet touching the ground.

Would be cool to ride a bonedog into battle, espicially if the rider and animal can attack seperately. Would make for some really cool fights and mechanics.

I don't see the point. It may look cool, but you can outrun almost everything in the game after playing for awhile. A beast would only slow you down. And a leviathan, I've seen sloths move faster.

If you only look at the athletic stat, without any encumberance or speed reducing armor, then I agree with what you are saying. However, a encombered character gets a speed penalty, often times reducing said character's speed by one fourth of their total speed. For example, my main has a maximum run speed of 21 mph unencumbered and without a backpack. With a backpack, that 21 turns to a 17 mph, which many hostile creatures can easily outrun and then attack my main. I don't know how the stats would work in this mounts vs unmounted situation, but I would like to think that riding would provide a bonus to maximum speed somehow.

Therefore, mounting beasts would slow down the player, but if the stats reduce althetics or speed, then in that case the mounts would be useful.

I'm excited for mounts.
