By default, the preset will be saved in Kenshi\data\character\bodies\export folder. So if you want to create a mod for the preset and upload it to workshop, my suggestion is to create a mod (call it facepreset for example) in FCS and save the mod and close it without any changes.
Then go to your newly created mod folder in Kenshi\mods\facepreset and copy the preset that you've exported from the bodies\export folder into the new mod folder.
If you want to organize it better, you can also create folders in your newly created mod folder to mirror the vanilla structure (example: Kenshi\mods\facepreset\character\bodies\export) and copy your preset into that folder but that's not necessary.
I don't know if there is any face preset available on the workshop right now so it is possible that you'll be the first to upload it! :D
yeah but like presets not face textures :)
