Repairing buildings

Hey folks,

Yet another noob question. Sorry!

I bought a ruined building in the Hub but can't seem to interface with it to repair it.

It has to be simple but I haven't found it. Searching the forums, wiki and YouTube.

I love the game and it's complexity (multiple restarts and about an infinite number of reloads to avoid a disaster) but sometimes I have to give up and ask lol!

Right click and hold on the building, should have an option to repair. :)

Having any character tasked to engineering will also repair buildings in proximity if they have access to the necessary materials.

I read in a patch note that engineers no longer auto-repair buildings.... is this true now? I seldom get structural damage so it is hard for me to check.. but I want them to do keep auto-repairing IF intruders make it past my turrets and start hammering on that gate..

Can someone confirm, please?

If this is changed and they do not repair automatically.. is there a mod that "fixes" this "fix"??

Engineering will still auto repair gates and walls.
