Just thinking out loud, but if the Bull can't reach the Animal Feeder, it might have gotten "stuck." "Stuck" in behavior, that is, since it should have a strong preference for that Feeder. (I would think, since they're supposed to be able to do that with things.)
Characters can get stuck in self-destructive "try to do the last thing I was going to do but now can't" sorts of behavior issues. They can get tunnel-vision until receiving a countermanding/new order. But, "Eat" is not an "Order" or a "Job." It's ingrained and you can't preempt it with anything.
I'd use SHIFT F12 "Fix Stuff" and not save, but exit back to the regular game screen to see if that helps. If not, do an Import and keep as much as I can to see if that clears the Bull's problem. Otherwise - Zip and Upload and put the poor thing out of its misery...
Nobody deserves slow painful death

That Beak Thing over there does... I can think of a few Slavers that need a stern talking-to, too. :)
Well i cant blame wildlife though but yeah.
Slavers are the worse.
That feeling when you ally with anti-slavers it felt like you got someone covering for you.
And that feeling that people that have attacked you, sold you into slavery and beat you up many times dont like you anymore and be "hostile".
