Lady Kana Changes?

I found a Lady Kana, not in the South UC part of the map, but in the East, East of Trader's Edge and Heng.

She was a Female Scorchlander, with Dreads, a Type III Mask, and a Longsword, wearing Specialist Grade Noble Robes.

Is this the same Lady Kana who used to be a Shek and lived in the South UC Map Area?

i have seen both.. also Lady Kana is a filler for all nobles that have not been done.. in the beginning of the new map there were Lady Kanas everywhere..

She's not a filler, she just has multiple possible spawn points. Whichever one you visit first on that new game/import will get her, and the others get a random filler noble.
