Where did the plastic surgeons go?

Currently playing the experimental version and I just noticed that there are no plastic surgeons to be found ANYWHERE.
I accidentally got a bunch of liberated slaves to join me and now I just have a group of people all named "Rebirth Slave" and can't change a thing about them.

Is there a certain Pay'n'Spray like place for this sort of thing now?

In stable, I found a Shinobi Plastic Surgeon in the Hub, northernmost tower belonging to the Shinobi Thieves, I assume if you join their faction you get to make use of them

Right, I know the Shinobi guys, but there seems to be a really bad bug with the towers as of the last few experimental versions so I haven't really done much with my Shinobi membership xD

Yeah, they're pretty rare right now. Only a few select places can have them. Though it's still better than when the new world first launched.

Joining the Thieves guild is always a good way to get them. They always have one in the tower somewhere. Other than that you've got the HN towns, UC towns down south, and Shark in the swamp.

Alternatively, I've got a mod that lets them spawn in any bar in the game.

I have a +1.000.000 bounty in the HN for terrorism, murder and jaywalking, and I must admit I haven't even found any UC cities yet. Will check out the south and the swamp then, thankies.
