No backpacks in Squin???

So I just bought this game the other day. Been loving it and starting over alot.

I decided to make a shek female with the ex capitan background. I saved up some cash, even found a dead guy and looted him and his bull. I went to squin and checked every single shop / bar and 0 backpacks to be found.

Anyone know what the deal is or am I just missing it??

Squin has a pretty limited shop range. Only one shop type has backpacks, try blister hill or stack.

look for a shop with the stick figure walking and a backpack on him.
the shop is located in most towns but not all.

The Travel Shop will never ever appear in either Admag or Squin, because these towns have such little amount of buildings and the travel shop has such little priority, so as it is you will never, ever see them without modifications.

Had to mod my game to remove one of the two bars the Shek Kingdom has so that the travel shops can spawn.

Admag usually has an excellent selection of backpacks and animal packs!

(But recently the adventurer shop was moved to next to the gate - and it now has a crappier selection!)

Well, I headed to Stack for a backpack. Forgot I had a huge bounty for being a retired captain.....lol

I got knocked out, put in jail for 400 hours, was let out as a slave. On the way to wherever, they attacked a dog pack. I slipped my schackles but got caught and knocked out. They just left me to die, but some random guy freed me now I am an escaped slave in hostile territory....I LOVE THIS GAME!!!! :)

P.S. Still haven't found a backpack.....lmao

Try looking at the waystations for this kind of thing. Ive also had issues finding backpacks in game but like everyone else has said look for the shop with a walking dude sign and they will always have some type of pack. Id try in the UC towns personally as they have more to offer buying wise.
