Advanced Outpost Blueprints

I just bought Advanced Outpost Blueprints and it allowed me to learn it, but i can find any new buildings. I have the Medium Building Shells and Large Building Shells so i meet the requirments in the wiki.
Is this another bluprint that needs a mod, i looked in FCS can find the BP but cant work out how they are attached to the building menu.

That BP doesn't unlock the buildings directly, it simply unlocks the ability to research Outpost Type III. So you gotta go back to the research bench before you can build them.

Thanks Shindan, obvious now i see it.
Still sort of confusing, would have made more sense to make Outpost III a requirement for the BP, then it would follow the same logic as weapons and armour.
