Buildings like Lab no. 2

Is it possible to get ahold of a building like that? One with a ramp going up, pleanty of space and a gate? I ask this because I see potential in using it as a nice compact base.

Just a fun little side note: I just looted 4 AI Cores and 7 Ancient Science books from one while writing this post. Solo'd it with the help of the local wildlife and generally outsmarting the security spiders. :D

they were in the old world. so i believe you can mod the blueprints for them into the game.

I believe you can use the shift F12 menu to build one. Otherwise if you wish to, I can make the mod for you, it should be a matter of a few minutes.
