Resolution distorted?

Hey just got this game and i'm having a weird issue, im playing at 1080p but my UI/screen in-game seems distorted. Almost like there's a slight blurr on everything which usually comes from when something is set lower than the native resolution of a monitor.

Am i just seeing things or is this an issue others have experienced? I have it set to 1080 but it just feels like the game is at a lower res.

i changed the launch settings, disabled full screen and selected borderless alone. Launched game and i notice everything looks more crisp. The image above however shows the usual steam message is for some reason out of my screen. Not sure what's going on with this game...

Yeah, when I try to play in fullscreen the game naturally defaults to 1600x1024 (the final resolution option, curiously enough) even though it insists it's playing in 1080p, and like you I have to go to borderless windowed to solve the problem.

alt tab out then click on the game
it will auto adjust back to the correct resolution
it's a known issue

If I ALT-TAB out of the game and go back in the UI doesn't conform to the edges of the screen. If I had to guess, it still conforms to the 1600 x 1024 bounds.

can't tell you on settings
right now i'm on borderless because fullscreen causing me issues with the resolution part but i'm not having it on borderless. but i'm having other video issues on both options.

So uh, just found this and legit I haven't played this game yet because of the resolution issues. Had I known all you had to do was alt-tab in/out, I would have played it much sooner lol. Thank you for the workaround!

we now suggest that you use borderless instead as the FullScreen issue is unlikely to be fixed.

I solved this issue long ago by just changing Fullscreen mode to Borderless Mode

same as tabbing but forces state change without leaving the game.
