Animal Backpack

Devs can you add backpacks for every animal type in game, got few leviathans elders and it will help if they can have a big storage capability. In mods we got a lot animals but nothing more, the normal backpack on animals have texture bugs so it look ugly.

For now add to them:
- Gorillo
- Bonedog, Mountain Dog, Pet Dog,
- Garru Beak Thing
- Swamp Turtle
- Cage Beast
- Blood Spider. Iron Spider. Skin Spider,
- Domesticated Bull Wild Bull
- River Raptor Swamp Raptor
- Megaraptor
- Leviathan

Actually, I'm almost certain the defending themselves is a bug. Dialog in the game clearly states they just flee from attackers rather than fight them.

So the idea would be: Bulls are slower but can defend themselves, Garru are faster but need backup to fight

Edit: Nevermind, just checked the dialog, the devs appear to have changed it. Now they are aggressive if you're running, but passive if you stop.

You act like there currently are some... I just took a look through the whole list, nothing jumped out at me as something we can't do (except one that is implemented, but bugged at the moment).

assassination? where did you get the list?

edit: maybe they finally removed some, but im pretty sure i remember being about 3 loading screens and everyime i saw them i wondered why they were still in the game

"tips.txt" located in the data folder. There's also no mention of assassination anywhere in the file.

ps: I dont remember the bonedog backpack thing being a bug, because it wasnt as if they could use all backpacks only those of a certain size. Did they remove the slot all together and i didnt notice?

edit: They made the bondog backpack slot even larger than i remember?

They couldn't use all of them? I assumed it was the same as my leviathan, which was able to use any backpack that wasn't a garru or bull one. But I never actually tried on a bonedog.

Regardless though, it was definitely a bug. The graphic was super glitchy, and it was only happening due to a slight oversight. Animals had a section to tell them what backpacks they could wear, but if you didn't list one it would allow any normal backpack. Now it only allows the listed ones.

so based on OPs post im assuming there are no backpacks yet in game for bonedogs? Just bulls?

ps: and you said theyve made them for the garru, but we cant get our own garru yet

edit: havent explored swamps so i dunno how it goes over there

yeah back in the bug i got small backpacks for all my dogs thinking it was a great way to train their strength, but i was bothered enough by their glitchy appearance i didnt do it

edit: I decided i would carry the loot and they would protect me and chase anyone if they attempted to steal my dropped backpack (though ive never seen that happen)

I never used backpacks on my Puppy because.....reasons.But the doggy backpack mod by bspawn is so clean and cute that I just had to get one for my Puppy asap. lol
