find a plastic surgeon, there are some in HN cities and a few other places around the map.

Could you tell me where the plastic surgeon is, except of those from the HN cities ?

I can't go to the HN cities because the eternal bounty on my head ( Start as Holy Sword )

There should be more plastic surgeons around, currently the only ones I see are in the HN or are in the Shinobi Thieves hideouts.

Not counting the doctor you can recruit in the swamp, its unfortunate that he loses the ability to act as a plastic surgeon after you recruit him, would be really cool if he retained that function even after joining the team.

Well, I just found out I can join the Shinobi Thieves to gain the access of plastic surgeon.

Honestly there's no reason NOT to join the Shinobi Thieves, they are cool dudes who have your back and ask nothing in exchange apart from a sign-up fee.
