is there a blackened chainmail blueprint?

I found a blackened chain shirt but the arm coverage is skimpy. Just curious, I thought I hit literally every armor shop on the map, but maybe not.

Yes there is, I mass produce the stuff.

Hmmm.... I checked mongrel shinobi tower. Found some blackened chainmail in a chest but I can't find any plans. Also, you mentioned they sell the plans? I didn't see anyone in the tower selling anything. Pretty much people training and a plastic surgeon.

They don't always have it available, just a chance. Took me several visits to guild towers before I found one. Check back regualrly though. They're listed as restocking every 12 hours.

There should have someone you can talk to marked as a "Shinobi Trader". Though it's possible he was one of the training people, I've seen him do that before.

and what if you kill them and loot the safes? will it be there?

If it was there in the store at the time, it should be. If it wasn't then it won't and they won't restock due to being dead obviously. You could also just steal from the thieves like a ninja though. It's what I'm currently doing in my play through. Running and hiding and waiting out bounties with the wanted characters is still pretty lucrative.

I´m currently in a shek play through and thieves are filthy flatskins, so I must kill them too get the blueprint xD

Well, I've only passed the mark by several years. But for the few people who are currently searching for blueprints, you can find them in clothing shops as well. I found both the chainmail and chainmail shirt blueprints in a clothing shop in Stoat.

yup i found mine clothing shop in Heng, that sw area of UC by the traders place
THINK my first playthru b4 this one it also was in either mongrel or scraphouse.. or maybe worlds end lol
