Finding hungry bandits
How do you find them? or what attracts them.

randomness.
there is no way to lure them. just run around and eventually you will find trouble.

They are usually in border zone, by shek kingdom, I find them in the east side of the map. Usually in desert and hill areas

I see a band of them occassionally around Blister hill, in the pass that leads to the other HN towns. I also see a lot in the Northern Vain area, just south of the fogs.

They are pretty easy to find, if you set up in the Hub its fairly common to see them wandering around it.
