Bull Backpack Equipping Issue

Hey Guys!

I've had a pretty big break from the game so I may be missing something. However, I'm not able to currently equip a bull backpack on any of my domestic bulls. I thought it might be a maturity related issue so I let me bull hit adult (.60). Still no luck equipping it though.

Bought a new bull to see if that would help but that didn't work either. Also bought new backpacks to see if that would help.

I bought the backpacks from a holy empire farm.

Any advice or is this a known issue at the moment?

I'd guess it's probably related to the other issues with equipping things in this patch. I've been seeing several reports of various items that should be equipable being removed from characters and the game saying they can't be worn.
