Our thanks to everyone who picked up the game already. For those still thinking about it, it's on sale this week in the Steam Replayability sale. We previously posted a fasttrack update. That needed a few extra fixes, but now it's all ready

Here's the full changelog for v.1294

Fixed issue with diplo trade getting corrupted
Fixed Steam Achievements for tutorials (properly this time in v.1294)
Added on map notice "Need Spaceport or Orbital Storage" for certain conditions
Fixed crash in Rename Location option
People will start to migrate to abandoned towns
Immigration and Emigration functions have been refactored. Using only one of those will create some population movement. Both together will have a greater effect. Population can also now migrate from colony to colony.
Merchant AI behaviour that was broken in v.1291 is working properly again

How to actually take control of a colony

In my game I was lucky to have two moons on which I could build colonies, the first has a bit of everything, the second only has minerals. I would like to be able to annex them, in order to share resources and support the second colony which does not have the possibility to build energy plants and crops. But I haven't found a way to have direct control over it. Gas Planets, not landable

There is a special issue with those planets. To colonize them, you have to build a space station and a space storage, which functions as Space Port . If you right click on the planet, the usual contents as "Rename Hex, Factions, Build, Units "and so on appear. The only thing which does not appear ist "facilities". I wanted to send Finished Goods to this station, but I got the answer, there is not suitable location, where I can send the Finished Goods. I build a Space storage there, so I believed that I ca...

Clicking Tab again to Minimize Panel

It would be much simpler and quicker if a second click on panel selection tab closed it. I find the menu system organization slightly confusing and it would save quite a bit of time if I could close a menu panel without hunting down the down arrow and clicking it. Many games use a similar approach. Example: 1. Move mouse to "RECON" tab to select panel and open it. 2. Press left mouse button. 3. Recon panel opens (good). 4. I love this game as much as I love Galactic Ruler, which is a lot. It's hands down my favorite space 4X game. It has its quirks and the interface does take getting used to, but it approaches the genre so differently from every other game in the space. For those who have Galactic Ruler, GRE is priced like DLC, and it adds enough to make the cost worthwhile. For those who don't have Galactic Ruler, this is the game to have. It's essentially a standalone expansion that includes everything in the "base game."

Possible Future Infantry Models?

I'm aware the current infantry models are simple cars/buggies but if I may ask is, there any way we might one day get some basic infantry models for some or all species? I'm thinking a simple port of soldiers from Supreme Ruler would be easy for humans- but other creatures could have similarly scaled/modified models all with simple space suits or something. I'm hoping this game will eventually get workshop support so maybe small stuff like this can be patched and uploaded into the game by fans like mysel...
