现在卡关了，被红桃锁住路线了，难道是要升到30级才行？

The game doesn't start, it doesn't bring up an error message when I try to open it, it straight up never loads any window. I've tried using a locale emulator to open the game since it's japanese, but that didn't help. I tried to open the game in RPG Maker MZ but I wasn't able to. There's no english resources or guides or even reviews that I can refer to to solve this issue, so my last hope is posting this here before asking for a refund......
