Can't finish the kidney transplant?
I just can't seem to finish the kidney transplant... I've pulled out pretty much everything, and dropped the shiny new kidneys in bob's empty belly, but nothing happens?

Same issue here, I've done it 3 times but it still times out and fails. I tried putting everything back in but it didnt make a difference.

Got it on the 4th try, placing them more precisely seemed to do the trick.

Respositiong the kidneys worked for me too. Just drop them close to where the old ones were.

How the hell do you get the intestines out? I got the rib cage out and i try cutting all around but the intestines don't move.

It's not a requirement that you remove the rib cage for the kidney transplant.

The game gives you hints where to cut on the intestines. Look for the pink spots and cut there.

Large intestines pink spots are on the left and bottom-right. (Left side is a little tricky)

Small intestines pink spots are on the bottom-left and right underneath the stomach.

If patient starts to bleed out, use green syringe to stop the bleeding. If you poke yourself with the green syringe and the screen goes all wierd, poke yourself with the blue syringe to make it go back to normal.

it has to be where the old kidneys were

It has to be near the cord thing that the old kidneys were attached to.

My transplant bugged out and made the left kidney nearly impossible to scoop out (even after cutting pretty much everything out) and I spent nearly 10 minutes trying to fish it out with a spoon. Sounds funny, but was stupid and frustrating. But yeah, drop the new kidneys exactly where the old ones were and you will pass.

Left and right actually make a difference.

Kidney on the left (right kidney) is almost impossible to rip out.... I wish the hand could go lower for it....
