Removing Eyeballs.
I been beating this poor dude with a hammer at every point of his head trying to work out how to get his eyes out. I shoved a scalpel right in his tear duct and made him go cross eyed and still couldn't get it out. I even tried using the laser and EVEN the ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ spoon. Can anyone help me?

I have the same problem, when I jab a scalpel right into his retina and then pull it out the eyes only bulge out a little :(

Start off with a sharp and thin scalpel. Keep jabbing at the eye and eventually it will stick in the eye. Once that is done, pull the scalpel out. The eye will then bulge.

Next, you need to hit the head. I use the hand, shaking the head and hitting it, but I think the floppy disc guide in reception (once you've done this operation) says to use a hammer to the temple. The eye will then eventually fall out, but be connected via tendons and the optic nerve.

At this point, use a normal scalpel to cut the tendons and the nerve and the eye will then fall out completely. Pick up a new eye and ram it into the empty eye socket. Eventually it will stick in there.

Repeat for the second eye. :)

It worked. The amount of medical accuracy in this game is outstanding. You don't even need a degree or anything, just play this game for a little while and you will be performing real surgery in no time.

I was able to shove pencils in his eyeballs then I grabbed them and yanked his eyes some of the way out so he looked like one of those weird black gold fish with the bulgey eyes. I used the tweezer things to pull them the rest of the way out then I used some scissors to remove the tendons which caused his eyes to drop into his lap, I then used my hands to shove new eyeballs including an 8 Ball in the empty sockets.

basically my way just involved stabbing his eyes with the scalpel and sort of rotating the wrist up a little to pull them out. Just keep stabbing, if he bleeds to much from the stabbing just give him the green injection and try again.

He barely bled at all the way I did it. Got a B.

Once you yank the eyes out, slap him upside the head. That'll knock them out cleanly.

Good idea I will try that next time.. Should it be a backhand or straight from the palm?

It doesn't matter. You just have to smack him near the temple.

Have you tried punching him in the temple? That might work too.

This is trimmer. You can shave Bob's moustaches in teeth transplantation with it as well.

BTW, to main topic question. I use this strategy, it's saves lot of time for me and lot of blood for Bob:
0. Cut off mask with eye scalpel (I'll talk about this tool later). One touch to each side is enough, and if you do it right, Bob won't start bleeding.
1. Take pencils and shove them right into Bob's eyes.
2. Pull pencils out with your hand. Now eyes are bulge.
3. Make a fist and punch Bob few times from left and right. Aim for his cheekbones or eyebrows. After few good punches his eyes fall down from sockets.
4. Take eye scalpel again. If you don't know how it looks, google it. There is three similar eye scalpels: one on the right table in the glass with syringes, one on the middle table near bottles with eyeballs, and one on the left table among other scalpels.
Note: if you use right tool for right operation, it saves Bob from bleed to much (unless you put item in wrong place, of course).
So, just take this scalpel and cut four eye muscles around each eyeball.
4.1. Use green syringe to slow down blood loss if you need.
5. Take new eyeballs and put them into the sockets.

Note: proper tool is always important, if you want to prevent bleeding. Use cardio knife for heart surgery and gut knife for kidneys.
