Next, you need to hit the head. I use the hand, shaking the head and hitting it, but I think the floppy disc guide in reception (once you've done this operation) says to use a hammer to the temple. The eye will then eventually fall out, but be connected via tendons and the optic nerve.
At this point, use a normal scalpel to cut the tendons and the nerve and the eye will then fall out completely. Pick up a new eye and ram it into the empty eye socket. Eventually it will stick in there.
Repeat for the second eye. :)
BTW, to main topic question. I use this strategy, it's saves lot of time for me and lot of blood for Bob:
0. Cut off mask with eye scalpel (I'll talk about this tool later). One touch to each side is enough, and if you do it right, Bob won't start bleeding.
1. Take pencils and shove them right into Bob's eyes.
2. Pull pencils out with your hand. Now eyes are bulge.
3. Make a fist and punch Bob few times from left and right. Aim for his cheekbones or eyebrows. After few good punches his eyes fall down from sockets.
4. Take eye scalpel again. If you don't know how it looks, google it. There is three similar eye scalpels: one on the right table in the glass with syringes, one on the middle table near bottles with eyeballs, and one on the left table among other scalpels.
Note: if you use right tool for right operation, it saves Bob from bleed to much (unless you put item in wrong place, of course).
So, just take this scalpel and cut four eye muscles around each eyeball.
4.1. Use green syringe to slow down blood loss if you need.
5. Take new eyeballs and put them into the sockets.
Note: proper tool is always important, if you want to prevent bleeding. Use cardio knife for heart surgery and gut knife for kidneys.
