What are the requirements to get an A++ rank on the heart corridor surgery?

I have A++ for every surgery in the game except for this one. No matter how much blood the patient still has or how fast I complete the surgery, I get nothing but A ranks.

A lot Corridor mode is getting the right tools early. You at least need a bone saw or drill on the first tray (hammer might work, too). A fresh heart will hopefully pop up by the time you get the ribs out.

It seems the blood levels are sometimes alright. But I can't get a good blood level and a decent time. I figured time hardly mattered for A++ ratings. It didn't seem to matter that much with other surgeries for me, at leat. I'm pretty sure I need to improve the time. But I almost never get the bone saw right away.

If the bone saw/drill doesn't come up on the first tray, just restart. It's totally luck-based.

Finally, I did it. This took me a few hours total, but I just had to get that A++ rating to truly master the game. It really was the time that mattered. Got the pizza cutter saw right away, and a new heart and a scalpel right after. Quicly cut the ribs out with minimal blood loss. Didn't even bother to cut the connection at the stomach, just removed the heart and put the new heart in.
