The electro saw will ALWAYS do random amount of bloodloss because you are cutting the bones.
But even then I don't understand why you would lose only 400 ml of blood since the only achievement related to blood loss in the space brain transplant asks no more than 600 ml of blood lost.
Also, since you are very likely cutting the cage, you might keep in mind that you have to be precise instead of soft, since being soft doesn't really change anything. If you are precise you can perfectly know when you are cutting a piece, and not end up damaging two piece of the rib cage instead of the one you actually need to cut.
I really shouldn't write too early in the moring.
Forgive me for the mistake.
Anyway, the suggestion (altough corrupted) should still work. There are parts in the rib cage that are "outlined" and if you only hit them you won't make any mistake in blood loss. Also, you can just open only the upper right of the rib cage to perform the procedure, but that would involve being inaccurate while cutting the heart off.
Yea, I got it back then. But can't tell you the details anymore. There should be video guides though. Good luck!
