Invisible Screen!

Every time I open Black Ink, the program opens fine, yet its invisible! All I can see is my Desktop. The mouse cursor changes, and I can move the screen, maximise and minimise it. Yet I cant see anything.

I have tried opening it through Steam, from my Desktop, from its file location. I have uninstalled it and re-installed it. When I open it through Steam it gives me the option to open it normally or there is a secon option I can select. When I choose the second option it starts to load up them an error screen appears giving me an option to report it.
