The best build is a mix of winter + war and mort.
From winter all you need is the ring of ice (the higher quality the better), plus the blessing which makes your frozen targets more vulnerable and the one where your dmg% is scaled from the number of frozen targets.
IMO War has some of the best blessings in the game, the most important one I, that works on all classes really well, is the one where you get speed/amount of enemies affected by rupture, also take chains of war, and the 2nd most important blessing from war is the one for your main attack.
With the things I described above, should you get the best blessings (quality), you've already beat the game, but if you want to be even more OP, the dash blessing from mort, as well as the sickles, comes to mind, plus the Mayhem+ crows/ghosts combo.
Sign that boost your attack's Aoe every 3 level
winter: Attack's blessing lvl 6 / immobilized ennemy takes more damage lvl 1 / the more ennemies are frozen you more you get attacks damage level 1 / Chlling path
Justice : Heal every sec + retribution ( the one were you heal 30 % of the damage taken
Mort : Dash's blessing level 5 / Sickles level 5
And the three little godesses : attack's critical lvl 2
i don't think it's the best build one could manage but the chill + heal helped me a lot to temporize and the high attack damages did the rest
1. Dash in to hit warlock a few times
2. Dash away
3. Destroy his projectiles with your main attack (attack speed helps)
4. Repeat
Make sure to get some HP in your gear so you can absorb a few shots.
Time/Necro/Ice goes hard on any character.
- Time is still OP: Gem High, Alteration Ritual, Force does a surprising amount of damage
- Necro is good all over, and Execution helps feed the Gem High engine
- Ice boosts damage, survivability and gives stationary targets for summons
Works on any difficulty.
