-Shrines-
Please remove health, magnet, and speed buff. They are not great to see since they do absolutely nothing if you're full health melee based or looking for a shrine with an actual benefit. Either make those items drop from random mobs or make them a stackable permanent buff making the health ones become potions or something. Make the death summoning shrine guarantee a drop either the chest or equipment.
-Equipment-
Not sure if its just the demo but they have to give more variety in drops I seem to get the same thing over and over again whereas only had 2 drops of streetwise gear. The magnet stat sucks if you're melee since it does nothing and its not strong enough for a range to sacrifice real perks. Having increased chance for skills to be higher tier is also terrible I've had a few runs were I never got one skill above novice and by then end I actually though maybe i should have taken the magnet.
-Boons-
Dragon Summoning feels weak maybe make it tank or increase flame debuff.
Legendary boon that gives exp when you attack feels wasted unless a run goes longer than 10 minutes at best I was only able to get to lvl 17 which was one more than usual.
The skills feel too random and if the runs are only 10 minutes long adding more variety will really make it worst perhaps a mode that allows you to go past the 10 minute mark like dungeon floors and give the legendary/master boons at the end of each floor.
I'd imagine you get better gear or at least a chunk of xp for killing them, make it worth wild so that players will utilize this mechanic in the game rather than just running past them.
First: I'm in love with this game
Second: The art design is gorgeous! The characters, gods, enemies, attacks, etc. I loved them all (nice job to the artist).
Third: I liked how the gods talk to you sometimes, also liked that the playable characters can talk with each other or say things during the runs, it really adds charisma on them. (I laughed at some Merris lines during the runs)
Fourth: I liked the Diablo looting system, i think it's a big differenttial from the others VS games.
Fifth: The shrine mechanic isn't a huge problem but i think it should have another way to heal the characters because sometimes you can't find healing shrines at all.
Sixth: I feel that sometimes when you dash at the last second when you are in the red area, you still get hit by the enemy.
I'm really taking into account that it's just a demo, so i'm not going to say "omg I just get the same item all the time" I mean you have only 10 minutes so it's normal that you don't get good items (although if you kill the boss you can get some good rare items). About the movement speed debuff when attacking, I didn't have a problem at all, but I think the best option is to add an on/off option to please everyone.
Well, I think that's it for my feedback, i really enjoyed the game and I'm looking forward for the EA, even more for the full release. Keep up with the good work guys!
The gameplay and combat flows right.
The level ups feel impactful.
No seizure-inducing flashing lights.
The music hits just right. It's not too aggressive or disruptive.
I'm looking forward to buying it in EA!
Keep up the good work.
Definitely ready for early access - whats in the demo is already great!
Can't wait to get this one ^^
One thing I noticed is the Fire Goddess strike is the best - the rest = not so much. Can't beat the level with anything of the rest as combinations. I dunno if I like, that there's healing only from shrines ← but I suppose it's cause of the overall souls vibe...
Can't wait to see better gear and stack the shard collecting to the absolute maximum ^^
I assume the trophies will be linked to achievements - it'd be nice if they give some bonuses though even small ones...
The aesthetic is amazing, art is absolutely great, and the skills are very interesting. Some more characters and perks along with levels and this one will be AMAZING!
You have a "press to toggle shooting" option, which is what you're looking for.
You guys made such a good job making enemies attack pattern, with the dash, I don't care, I can just dash in (almost) any direction and be safe (booooring). However I can't play without dashing because the character is moving too slowly (or the enemies too fast), game is balanced for a "with dash" gameplay obviously.
Everything else looks promising.

Edit:
And one more thing, I would remove the smileys ":p" between playable character dialog and skeleton saying "can't we just be friend" from the game. I understand this must be funny, but it actually clashes with the Diablo II like atmosphere.
By that logic, a static pixel on a 1x1 pixel screen would be the highest evolution of gaming.
The emotes seem to be limited to the elf lady, who is inherently kind of goofy; I'd call it a character flaw.
- Like : graphics/animations look nice and smooth, augments look fun, I like the game overall
- Dislike : aoe attacks I have to avoid (hard to do) froms basic monsters and the first boss aoe is a bit either too quick or too big, the fact I have to follow a story and switching to another character instead of just playing with the soldier without reading text (you can just add a "quick play" mode imo), texts before choosing an augment each time (should just be an icon or message above the 3 augments to choose for instance), character is too slow with the "auto-attack" mode (should be regular walking speed), the first green blobs enemies seems a bit too fast
I want to play it more, but the beginning of the game is a bit too unforgiving. I understand it can be a choice from the dev, but it would be nice to move the difficulty for later to me. Ty!
Game is entertaining and fun, but a little bit slow. Map would be useful, so you can see where you leaved healing or magnet. Maybe add some kind of mini-bosses. Also it would be cool to add some npc's on map, who you can hire as your allies or fight with them for good loot. Explainig of each stat, what it's doing and what affect would be very helpfull. And finally - add more buildings and special places, because map looks very plain and by the time it's geting boring to run around.
Probably going to buy game
Thank you for putting this game as a demo, I have really enjoyed it! I will be buying this game when it comes out.
