Hi, asking about the rangers passive that has a chance for casts when you attack.

If you have multiple casts, does the percentage mean a chance for one of them, or do each cast roll its own chance to trigger?
(Would multiple casts be competing for the trigger?)

if you are talking about " bask in greatness "
you cast 1 strike at random ( only 1 of them ),
if you want to cast 1 strike consistently you should avoid taking any other strike
