I already have it but I still don't get it. How do I start the new map? If there is only 1 exist from the basement

Ah right, you just go to the yellow gem and press E I believe and then go in the water the same way as for map 1.

I'm also having trouble accessing the second map. I've beaten the first phase multiple times and I only have a green gem, no yellow gem.

if you've beaten act 1 since the update went live and dont have access to act 2, id say its probably a bug. Id reinstall and give it another go
