No one is supposed to be that accurate or fast with grenades, they are unbalanced run ruiners that detract fun from the game the moment they show up.

For me they depend on visual clutter. If My stuff doesnt take up the whole screen you can see the grenade long before it lands and just walk accordingly, if I am using any fire I cant see anything though
The carpet bombers are flying faster than fully upgraded Master class Ravens. Literally unkillable as a summoner.

Yeah, and there these slender female like enemies that are able to damage you out of no where. Like seriously, I am getting hit with explosions that spawn under my feet instantly. These enemies are a real killer especially if you like to do no damage runs.

Build your character to deal with them.
If they are too fast for you, then pick offensive capabilities that destroy them, regardless of where they are... like lightning. Or slow them down in the time bubble.

Yeah, they definitely need a better indicator that they're about to attack
Now that I've gotten used to dealing with them, they arent that bad at all, but their accuracy is too good for not having put any points into improving enemy aim. That should be their fully buffed accuracy

They just throw things predicting your movement, just don't always go in staight line and its fine. Running in circles/zigzags worked for me.
they throw the nades where youre going to be so use that to predict them. ive found walking down in a zigzag motion meant basically never getting hit
they laugh whenever they throw a bomb, change directions in timing with the laughing.
yeah they are annoying but for me its just there speed most of the new enemies in act 2 are just really fast and constantly run away which is very annoying

Use the difficulty modifier that makes enemies predict movement by 60% and walk in circles. They literally cant hit you.
You can body block them if you get in front of them and shimmy side to side while backing up. Honestly, it trivializes them once you get used to it.
