where is the skill tree?

i feel dumb but the perks or whatever used to be at the campfire and now im not sure where it is

yeah i don't think it's explained anywhere, it's to the right of the giant circle on the ground. the giant green glowing wall

It's located on the wall between where Avoron and Merris stand.

I think it'll only appear once you beat a boss (not necessarily the final boss, any boss).

From menu (B key by default) right top of left menu.
One can also access it right of the place to make enemies harder in town (Green Tapestry on wall right of circle)

I couldnt access the menu via B menus till I had a point to spend- probably need to look at wall prior would be my guess?
