Gameplay feel sooooo much better
The new animations and delete of this pointless self slow mechanic made gameplay feel so much better, it's grand canyon compare to how it was before.

Basically everything else got nerfed, though. Item stats are now diluted across multiple skill categories, many of the best skills are now Legendary, and the passive bonuses that Signs used to give have to be grinded out all over again as Talent (and some of them, like Skaldi's health regen, are just gone completely).

game seems much more balanced now to me. it's hard to get a feel for it since the act just dropped, however tier 2 gear completely ♥♥♥♥♥ on tier 1 and the talents are insane, especially further on down the tree where some of them read like they can be completely game breaking

The attack slowdown almost made me refund, tbh. If this was some kinda top-down souls-like madness, maybe I'd be okay with that. But it just doesn't feel satisfying in this kinda game.

I spent so long grinding for good gear just for it to get made useless by the tier 2 gear. Love this update.

so much better but two enemies from act 2 seems really broken when you play melee.

There's generic damage sources on gear btw. A lot of gear modifiers got buffed like regen no longer being useless. Many of the best skills were completely broken op if you just thought about synergizing them so you should be able to expect to get them every single run like you could before. Also on top of tier 1 gear modifiers being buffed there's tier 2 gear now.

And yet all my characters are still crap and I can't come close to beating Act I when I used to be able to beat it every time. I'm not gonna learn new strategies only for those to be nerfed into oblivion with the release of Act III, since this is apparently that kind of game.

You are weaker because of no signs. Grind out the constelation tree and you'll be fine after.

Not wasting my time. The dev clearly doesn't want this game to be fun. Any progress I make now will be negated when constellations are nerfed or reset with the launch of Act III.

I do like that the slow down has been removed, but I have issues with all the Talent Trees. I preferred unlocking different starting builds for each character via completing objectives on the maps. The WoW/Diablo-esque* talent tree in with Act II launch is a major turn off from the fun and challenge of Act I.

I'm just one person out there, but decided to share my piece.
