It's worth remembering that there will be more acts, with even more difficult stuff.
I'm wondering if the current tree accounts for this or if they'll expand it / give more points later.
They could give more points but only allow one last row perk for the time being.
with normal 36 points you already can take much more than what you really need , more points and we return to the "act 1" era , when you could only select 1 signature passive out of a selection
Maybe it would actually ease the balancing, cause if I'm already able to have 36 at act 2, why should I STILL be at 36 once I try to beat act 5? Like, if people complain that an act is TOO easy instead of too hard, I at least think that it won't generate rage. Maybe a bit of boredom, sure, but no rage, imo.
