If u collect all those items and wear them and beat a max crux run you unlock the secret boss.

There are ones for each type of slot. Socks for the feet and so on.

I actually recently learned there are unique items in the game. About 30 minutes ago I got a unique mythic relic "Desert Rose". No stats at all just the unique ability "Untouchable" - When a minion or elite hits you, it dies.
