How does that skilltree work?

Beat bosses to get skill points (depends on which act and which bosses), go to skill tree near Knight in hub area to assign them (Above shop/next to darkness toggle)

At the moment, we can only have 36 skill points per character and it's not shared between them. Using 5 skill points unlocks the next row of skills available, so you can only have 1 of the bottom skills; most of which were the runes from before or new abilities
