Really need in-game wiki

There are too many details about Skills and gears that don't show in game.

1. Each skill has its own max level, and some skills are only added to the pool once certain prerequisite skills are learned.
2.Rarity-Up to Master is not possible by default, unless the Affix which enables this is active.
3.The Max-Roll of gears don't show in game. It really can help me to know whether the gear is worth to keep or sell.

Discovering new things in game is good, but learning and memorizing all things like in school is bad.

Is there a place that shows what stats an item slot can roll and the roll range? That would be pretty epic.
