Some max level 1
Some max level 3
Some max level 5
Some max level 10
Some has 10+ max level (like normal attack)

I wish the tooltip list their max level too, you can only know it from experience atm .

I see. I always wondered why Strike blessings go above level 10 and some other blessing type do not.
Yes, I wish they add a tool tip on what is the max level of a blessing.
