Tier 3 Mythics?
Was just wondering if they're in the game yet. Just completed a run with 60 difficulty and still found none. Since Tier 2's started dropping ages ago and are much easier to come by, was just wondering if I should have found some already.

Or am I completely misunderstanding the item tier system? Thanks anyway for any info

Just indicates what act it came from. Tier 1 = Act 1, etc.

No, Tier 2 stats are also way higher, so it's not ONLY the act.

no tier 3 exists, act 2 just came out.

You can assume that Tier 3 will probably come out for Act 3, hopefully with more stash space as well.
