Any hints on the take no damage challenge?
I'm far enough along that I can often beat Dracula on level 30 difficulty, but I'm not having any luck avoiding damage on level 0...

I've tried using a bunch of evasion items, but that really only gets me up to like 67% chance to dodge. I usually get hit by at least the blue jelly wave . It is the last challenge I have to do. I guess I'll just play through a bunch of times on 30 and see if I get items that can up my dodge.

Justice shield saves. You just can't lose hp for this challenge. Take some op aoe clear too, i did it on justice+war+something else i don't even remember, since war was just deleting things. There also were some posts about this achievement here iirc. Use search or something.

use justice shield and dash. the dash helps a lot for avoiding damage while dealing damage.
don't underestimate it. It's the best dash in the game imo.

I did it with Merris. Used the endless pull range mod and had boots that give me one additional dash because the mod takes one dash and one just isn't gonna cut it. Besides that I took Mort and augmented my attack with her skill as well. The phantasms and the crows did their thing and if you get mayhem (% damage when an enemy dies from curses) you can stack it for absurd damage numbers.
You said the blue slimes give you trouble, what helped me there is that unlike at minute 4 you aren't locked in with them so you can absolutely dash away and run for it. They will spawn of course but if you run and shoot into one direction it should be fine. With what I described above (ravens, and phantasms) you will still clear.
A lot of it, for me, was getting master% and legendary% up for example with those demon shrines that lower expert and adept.

So in short:
- divine shield as rare and as high as possible
- I used merris because she's ranged and comes with infinite pullrange
- get aoe attacks (in my case Mort with ravens and phantasms and attack conversion). I've had good runs with summer and flare as well. Just make sure to not ♥♥♥♥ your luck stat.
- getting dices for rerolls on gear or from shrines is also great especially the alternation ones.

ANYWAYS good luck with the challenge. It was a nailbiter for me.

Merris -> Divine shield, the dash penalty reducing spell and if you can banish other Justice God spells -> Ice God for aoe ice spells and attack power -> Mort for necromancy, ravens, soul eater, mayhem. This what I did, hope you get it :)
Summons + Divine shield + Tons of Aoe and dashes

Pick Merris and The Sign of Timespace (Infinite gem pull range).

Your gear stats really don't matter, all you need is +Alteration/Banish/Reroll as much as possible and a decent weapon (Any mythic will do tbh) to increase base damage.
Add the boots that give +1 dash for convenience.
You won't need to dash as much, since you will be moving very fast anyway.
Some evasion never hurt but it's not really needed.

Pick the following Gods:
Time, Mort(Death) and if you want an even safer time pick Lady Justice.

You want to focus on attack speed, extra attack projectiles and more gem generation, so choose accordingly on the shrines.
At the beginning banish any skills you won't be using and alternate to the gods we want.
Pick one of the god's Dashing abilities as soon as possible, that will banish the other dash abilities from the other gods. Do not waste banishes on Dash abilities. 1 level is enough.
Lifelink is pretty nice early on and over the period of the game.

If you don't get the three Gods you want, just restart the run.

Priority skills you want to pick are:
Time God: Gem High, Warped Strike Level 1 is enough, Time Field at least 1 Level*.
Mort(Death) God: Mayhem and Soulstealer for damage scaling.
Execution for more gems drops to feed Gem High. 1 Level is fine.

*You will want at least one Time Field level before the green and blue wave of blobs.
It will greatly help you to kite and dodge the mobs around, especially near the end with those archers that throw guided arrows.

Secondary skills that can help:
Time God:
Wisdom is always nice, more xp, more levels.
Summoner, at least 1 level is enough as soon as it appears to boost SoulStealers damage.
Alteration Ritual and Deadlock at least 1 level are good to help out.
If his Legendaries appear get them as well.

Mort(Death) God:
Serendipity to increase luck, more chances on Execution/Soulstealer procs.
If Malady Legendary appears get it as well.
If you get a Master level at something like Ravens/Necromancy you can pick it up for 1 level if you want.

Moira(3 Fates) God:
Splinter for more projectiles.
Fury for more attack speed.
If the Legendaries appear get them as well.

Lady Justice God: (This God is very optional, but makes it easier)
Divine Shield - To feel more safe.
Reprisal - One level is enough, to feel even more safe. Stuns enemies that could had hit you otherwise.
Ban/ignore the rest. Take Legendaries if they appear.

How to play?
At the beginning you want to dash and move around the map to pick shrines.
Just keep moving in one direction.
During the bosses and big risky waves such as mass blobs, fast ghosts or missile guided archers sit and play around your Time Field Bubble.
If you lose your Divine Shield keep running in one direction or run around your Time field until it comes back.

The lightning dash makes you invincible so don't neglect that as an option. Definitely want Justice for the shield and stack evasion everywhere you can on gear and grab them from power-ups. Evasion and speed is king. Grab auto attacks like the chains of war and consider frost trail and frost nova. So basically, Justice, lightning, and ice gods. Everyone else going to bring up time god and mort but they honestly not needed and people hate on ice too much when it's best for its CC and slowing down all the speedy mobs. If you going for a no hit run achievement, don't put it on max difficulty lol. I mean if that's your goal then do it by all means.

thanks, these are making it seem closer to possible... I do keep getting unlucky... always need one more dash😅... I think I'll do some level 30 runs for a while and see if I get some better equipment... really only keeping red at this point.
AshaMarie Nov 30, 2023 @ 1:09pm
Forgot about myself mentioning chains of war and so you can't have lightning, justice, and ice with conquest since only lets you have 3 plus the fates. Replace ice with conquest because conquest lets you get more attack speed while having the godly chains of war to clear the slimes out. Lightning is there for both the speed and having chain lightning is really good here. I wish the lightning strikes get buffed since it can reward high mobility.

oof... got me at the huge wave of skeletons

had a pretty good run going but was just not doing much damage.

It would be nice if there were a "you only have one hp" item to use on this run, because a couple times I made it to the end and thought I was good but I guess I got hit at some point and didn't notice.
Solo Nov 30, 2023 @ 3:50pm
Actually just got mine as well. Had liked the feel of Knight + Adept+ Skills sign, but I always got hit by something around Necro or so. Most consistent and finally made it was more or less identical to One Man Army above...Merris + Infinite pull sign, Justice (Divine Shield) + Time (Warp Strike, Gem High, Time Field) + Mort (Soulstealer, Ravens, Mayhem only got to ~100% by end). I'm sure it is possible w/o the Divine Shield but *I* definitely wouldn't have made it :) Didn't have much luck with Moira unfortunately, wound up with Critical hits + extra rolls to cleanup everything else.
Howtodo Nov 30, 2023 @ 6:09pm
My strategy for the blue slime is to stand still.

With Gem High and Warp Strike, you can kill the slime fast enough. Take AD/AS blessing, and focus on getting offensive skill (just 1 or 2 lvl of divine shield and dash from Justice god is enough)
Zoid13 Nov 30, 2023 @ 8:03pm
hint: take no damage

Thanks a lot for the above. This is how I got it on first attempt after I got the right set of Gods.
