is it that one that upgrades all your blessings to better quality?

Yes it upgrades all the boons you currently have by one rarity level

but it doesn't.
had multiple level 1 blessings and they were all still level 1 after getting pandemonium lol.

seems broken

Rarity (novice<adept<expert<master) is a separate thing from level.

yes i know but it didn't seem to do either. meh whatever ill just not take it from now on since most if the offers i take are master already anyway.

It upgrades all your current blessings to the next rarity, rather then all upcoming blessings

Blessings is not boons, its not skills, its the things you get when activating statues around the map like luck.

Just got it off and it works as expected? Everything just went from novice>adept>expert>master. I believe it does not upgrade the future ones though, only those that you already have? Didn't test that.

Oh cool, I didn't even know this upgrade was a thing. Now I understand why on one of my runs all my skills had upgraded to Master by the end (the bonus skill on level up from Time must have selected this skill multiple times).
